'LumenShadeCliff started with a vision: sharing real Neapolitan pizza with Naples. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, our little pizzeria was initially a family-owned enterprise boasting recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our founding member, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, acquiring skills from esteemed pizza chefs in Naples, the pizza's homeland. After returning to the UK, their goal was to reproduce the authentic Italian pizza experience, honoring traditional practices and selecting only prime ingredients.
Our once quaint 12-seat eatery has since evolved into a community staple, yet our fidelity to excellence and authenticity remains unchanged. We continue to employ classic wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough daily, and choose ingredients of the highest caliber.
Currently, 'LumenShadeCliff is still owned and directed by the Bianchi lineage, with the family's second generation at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. Whilst we've integrated certain contemporary advancements, our enterprise's essence endures unwavering: crafting exquisite, real pizzas that unite folks.
